But since then, I have had no response to a 'Gentle Reminder' email. He then passed me on to their tech escalation, which looks like Ben. ![]() He advised the dump of preferences folder (standard X-Plane reset procedure). I have since contacted Laminar's support, speaking with their level 1 guy: Randy. However when I move to start a new flight I get these screens: I commence the sim, buzzing over PHNL as per the intro. ![]() I purchased the Digital Download on the 4th of April 2017, respectively downloaded the installer and commenced the process of downloading the whole program (including all scenery). Which took a couple of days, but I was prepared for this so I didn't mind.Īs per my X-Plane 10 instalment, I have partitioned it on a seperate Hard Drive to my main Desktop (I use a MAC, with OSX Sierra), so I placed my X-Plane 11 there. ![]()
